Discover how we're transforming lives through these impactful initiatives
The Lwannunda Community Development Initiative (LCDI), in partnership with Moloney Medical Centre in Masaka, implements a school-based HIV/AIDS prevention programme aimed at protecting young people and strengthening community health outcomes.
Empowering women through micro-enterprise development, financial literacy training, and access to small business loans. Training farmers in climate-smart agriculture and providing seeds and tools for sustainable livelihoods.
Providing hands-on agricultural training, modern farming techniques, and agribusiness skills to youth and farmers. Mobile medical camps, health education, and maternal care programs integrated with agricultural initiatives.
At LCDI, our activities are designed to create holistic community transformation through practical, impactful programs.
We equip women, youth, and students with practical skills such as tailoring, agriculture, baking, and small-scale production. These skills enable beneficiaries to start their own businesses and achieve financial independence.
We train farmers in organic farming techniques to improve food security, increase income, and promote environmentally friendly agricultural practices. Demonstration gardens and hands-on training help communities adopt sustainable methods.
In partnership with health centers, we implement school and community-based programs to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and improve access to HIV/AIDS prevention, testing, and care services.
Through institutions like St. John the Baptist Girls' Secondary & Vocational School, we provide quality education combined with vocational training to empower girls with both academic knowledge and life skills.
We support vulnerable groups, including orphans and youth, with life skills training, mentorship, and psychosocial support to build confidence, resilience, and hope for the future.
To build empowered, self-reliant, and healthy communities where every individual has the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
To improve the quality of life of vulnerable communities by promoting sustainable livelihoods, quality education, accessible healthcare, and skills development through inclusive and community-driven approaches.
Join us in transforming lives and building a better future for our community.
